Dr. Hung Nguyen's Op-Ed titled "Could Conflict in the South China Sea Lead to A New Cold War" was published in the Asia Society blog, October 2, 2012.
Dr. Nguyen also chaired a panel on "Vietnam in Regional Cooperation," and presented a paper on "The South China Sea Conflict and Requirements for an Equitable and Durable Solution" at the Fourth International Conference on Vietnamese Studies, Hanoi, November 25-28, 2012.
