Study Abroad

Mason's global programs allow you to earn credit toward your degree while traveling, studying, living, or working abroad. Consider studying abroad for as little as a week or as long as a semester! Student experiences have included:

  • Living with a family in Mexico while improving language skills at a local university.
  • Completing an international internship in a Chinese company.
  • Traveling to London to study British theater at the source.
  • Discovering the physical and cultural highlights of the Amazon and the Galapagos Islands.

Explore the many options available to Mason students through the Center for Global Education (CGE). CGE lists over 60 academic programs in 70 different countries around the world.  To see how a study abroad course might fit with your major or minor, you can view the upcoming study abroad options by discipline.
